Discounts potentially mentioned on our tuition page cannot be cumulated except for the referree discount
In case of three enrollments in the same family, the siblings discount applies to the three enrollments.
Early Enrollment Discount will only be applicable if tuition is paid by the deadline.
If you opt for a payment in installments, the first payment is due upon registration and the second one according to the schedule mentioned on our tuition page.
Refunds: No Risk policy!
We will refund your tuition anytime before the first day of classes, minus the one-time registration fee. If you decide not to continue with the classes after the first or second class, we will refund you the full tuition minus the classes already taken. 50% will be refunded after the third and fourth classes. Tuition will not be refunded after the fifth class. Refund requests must be made by a parent or guardian in writing. Refunds may take up to 4 weeks. No refunds are given for events that are out of our control (flood, fire, electrical outage, etc).
•One-time registration fee: This fee is to be paid upon initial sign-up of classes. As long as your child remains in the program on an ongoing basis, this fee will not be required again.
•Schedule: Time and location of the class can change. In that case, we would inform you in advance so you can plan accordingly.
•Classes: Classes are limited to no more than 10 students and there is a minimum of 4 students.
•Discounts: Discounts will apply only if payment is received before the start of classes.
•Make-up classes: If you miss a class, you can make-up that class at a different time in the same or another location. If the teacher is ill and we cannot provide a substitute for that day, we will schedule a make-up class. There are no refunds.
•Cancellations: Make-up classes will be scheduled in the event we have to cancel a class. Parents may either bring a child to a make-up class or may request one class refund. No make-up class will be organized nor refund given in the event the class is cancelled on a day on which the city's public schools are closed because of the weather. No refunds are given for cancellations that are due to events out of our control (flood, fire, electrical outage, etc).
•Attending class with your child: We do not encourage a parent/guardian/caregiver to attend their child's class unless there are extenuating circumstances. We may ask some parents to attend the Tiny Travelers classes.
•Pick-Ups: Parent/guardians/caregivers must pick up all children promptly at the end of class. $15 will be charged for every 15 min-delay.
•Health: Children must be healthy on the day of class and free of fever for 24 hours prior to class.
•Payment by check: if you check is returned, there will be a $35 fee.
